Honey extractors are made from food approved quality stainless steel (W.Nr.1.4301. The honey extractor has stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm and for the bottom of the barrel a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm – thicker and stronger than most of other honey extractors on the market, which makes it a more compact and durable. All parts of our honey extractors, that come into contact with honey are made exclusively from food approved materials.

Honey extractor can be disassembled and transferred through a door width up to 80 cm.

Bottom of honey extractor

High quality TIG welds give smooth welds without internal edges, so it's simple to clean the tank. The barrel bottom is inclined towards the stainless steel honey outlet welded to the lowest possible point, so that the honey can easily flow out of the honey extractor.

The position of the stainless steel drain tap is at the lowest point of the honey extractor, consequently all honey can drain out easily. Dimension of the pipe is Φ38 + Φ42 mm and height from the floor is 39 cm.

The maximal frame size is up to 48 cm x 23 cm (lenght x height).

Honey extractor has an electric motor with power 250W/230V. Motor is controled by an automation unit that controls the entire process of honey extraction. Managing is simple using a digital two-line LCD display and a foil keyboard. Eight different programs can be set and saved. In each program, eight different times, directions and rotation speeds can be programmed. Basic extraction programs are already preset and can be changed any time or new programs can be additionally set and saved. Honey extractor with automatic electric motor is very reliable and it works very silent.

The lid is made of transparent acrylic glass.

Honey extractor has integrated a safety switch which stops the motor, if a lid of the extractor is opened.
